All female members are allowed to self-refer to certified nurse midwives (CNMs), obstetricians and gynecologists on Paramount's provider panel. In addition, female members are also allowed to self-refer to women's health specialists on the Paramount panel for routine and preventive health care services if their PCP is not a women's health specialist. Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Paramount is closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. If the holiday occurs on a Saturday, the Member Services Department will be closed on the preceding Friday. If the holiday occurs on a Sunday, the Member Services Department will be closed on the following Monday.
